The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a lovely area, just next door to the beach, the pier and old town. The staff were polite, courteous, would definitely book again.

Location and rooms were excellent, I appreciated it...

Everything was good, helpful staff, stunningly beautiful views of the ocean. The idea to include refrigerator and kitchenware in the standard suite was nice. The location was best possible, a short walk to Olas Altas. The public beach was nice.

Came in Puerto Vallarta to relax and have fun, this affordable hotel was lovely place for doing it. The staff were both pleasant and accommodating. A huge variety of food for breakfast, everything was TASTY.

Actually everything was awesome, my next choice again in Puerto Vallarta. I loved it, its staff and location.

the location is super, and the stuff is incredibly helpful. well cleaned & very specious unit with oceanfront view, a balcony, as for instance. location right by all the good restaurants, the beach and old town.

The location was impeccable, reasonable breakfast and cooperative staff. I appreciated the lunch in Eclecticos within walking distance of the hotel. The provided service was nice too. Nothing to complain about, I had a fabulous stay and would love to come back here some time.

Facility was overall clean and peaceful

The lobby was fine, I liked it. Caring staff, excellent pool. Don't forget to explore Romantic district. It was good to have cold drinks in the sports bar.

Patient staff, astonishing views, terrific room. Variety of supplies in the room: super fast internet, flat-screen TV and microwave. Reasonably priced breakfast, we loved it. Super central location, just a pleasant stroll away from los muertos pier. Clean pool with a Jacuzzi and parasols.

Warm overall experience. Hotel was tidy and affordable, had responsive staff, non-smoking rooms. Perfect view and exceptionally comfortable beds. Great breakfast, excellent service. Had local drinks in the outdoor bar.

The staff were dedicated, the room was big, I loved marvellous location. And it also had nice view. Breakfast included coffee, fresh fruit, fresh bread, eggs and hot waffles and was perfect. The pool was nice and they provided umbrellas and a whirlpool.

Quirky hotel with light rooms and amazing restaurant. Cool location, just walking distance from elements of design. The beach nearby was fantastic and the view was excellent. There were microwave, armchairs and iron/ironing board in the room, loved that. Polite service throughout my stay.

Spotless clean, very bright hotel. Efficient property room with a perfectly comfortable bed and functional bathroom. The hotel staff were well-trained! The venue was in an absolutely perfect location, within walking distance of gift stores and a drugstore.

Incredible base for exploring Puerto Vallarta. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were there for 3 nights and had dinner at club restaurant.

Derby City Burgers is an easy walk to the hotel. Really great location. We would stay here again without hesitation. Brilliant base for a city trip in Puerto Vallarta...

The pool was useful during our vacation. We visited zona romantica that was 5 minutes' walk away.
